How To E-File: An E-filer must enter the required information in the following E-filing Form and attach the relevant document. An E-filer may only attach one electronic file per submission. One electronic file may contain more than one document. For example, an E-filer may include a cover letter and a motion in a single electronic file and/or may include more than one pleading in a single file (i.e a brief and a motion or a brief and an attachment). An E-filer may not attach an electronic file that contains submissions in multiple cases with the exception of consolidated cases. If cases are officially consolidated, a document may be filed in the lead case only. OHA's E-FILING FORM
During the pilot project, the hard copy version of all submissions
will be used to assess matters such as authentication or the need for an original.
In the event of any discrepancies between the hard copy and the electronic document, the hard copy shall be controlling.
