Required Document Format
Documents must be converted to Portable Document Format (*.pdf). PDF is a format that can render original documents with
high fidelity and is reliable for the distribution and exchange of electronic documents.
OHA does not endorse any particular PDF software. There are many PDF programs that can convert
document files in text, MS Word or other formats to PDF. Some of these programs are free.
PDF documents should not include hypertext links to documents
residing on a website unless the link is for reference or citation purposes only;
otherwise the linked material must be submitted as an exhibit or attachment.
